Cavas Wine Lodge is located in Alto Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo, 30 min drive South of Mendoza city and only 45 min away from Mendoza airport.

Cavas Wine Lodge is the first Lodge of its kind in South America, blessed by the natural beauty of Mendoza, an idyllic wine growing region at the foot of the Andes.

COMMUNITY

We are involved in Agrelo´s community and help in the development of children´s education and proper nutrition. We are a proud member of the civil association “Caminos de Vino de Agrelo” Together with other 35 companies we join efforts on subjects like tourism, security, eco systems, production and cultural/social area development and growth.

Our guests are invited to join us in our goal to support children´s education by bringing along pencils, books, educational toys.

Commitment to the environment
Recycling: Cavas Wine Lodge performs a conscientious treatment of the wastes it generates, by separating, and stockpiling the various kinds of materials that go into local recycle plants.
Organic Waste: We handle organic waste through a compost process, committing our staff in the generation of compost and humus to be used in our organic vegetable garden and vineyards.
Solar panels: Mendoza has 320 days of sun a year and by strategically placing solar panels we pre-heat water to 50 degrees saving up to 50% of gas consumption.
Grey Water: Cavas Wine Lodge is the first hotel in the region that reutilizes water from wash hand basins, showers and baths, recycled on-site for landscape irrigation.

Grand Villa

Idyllic for couples and families with grown up children, the Grand Villa offers a wonderfully spacious and accommodating home away from home. This 3,500 square feet tranquil retreat offers a residential feel with the finest lodge amenities.

VINEYARD VILLA

2200 sq. Feet of inside-outside living space, very private room, 250 feet away from main lodge. Living room is totally separated from MasterBed room.

CORNER ROOM

RESTAURANT

TASTING EXCELLENCE

Dinner menu changes daily. Non residents are welcome for breakfast, lunch or dinner, reservations needed. Lunch is a la carte with a choice of 5 starters, 6 main courses and 4 desserts, including vegetarian options. Open everyday

At Cavas Wine Lodge they are convinced that the best-tasting food is organically grown and harvested in ways that are ecologically sound

They change the lunch menu every four months, designed to be appropriate to the season and composed to show off the finest ingredients obtainable. The dinner menu changes daily.

Non residents are welcome for breakfast, lunch or dinner, reservation needed. Open Monday through Sunday, Lunch served from 11:30 am, dinner starting 7 pm.

Mendoza is 90 minutes flight from Buenos Aires, and 45 min. flight from Santiago de Chile.
